It’s the date we’ve been waiting for – The Webbys Award Ceremony is almost upon us. We’ll be sending Jen Grenz and Graham French off to New York for the star studded celebration of everything Internet including websites, interactive advertising, online film and video, mobile, and of course –ShoZu!
Why not tune in to The Webbys’ very own YouTube channel from June 9th to see all of the action including red carpet footage, the 5-word acceptance speeches, and all of the exclusive gala videos? We can’t wait!

Hey there ShoZu-ers!
We realize we've been talking a lot about The Webby Awards recently but, we've only gone and won one!
The 13th Annual Webby Awards was the biggest in Webby history this year with nearly 10,000 entries from all 50 US states and over 60 countries worldwide. We are delighted to let you all know that ShoZu has been awarded the Webby in the Experimental & Innovation category for our Britglyph project with Moblog beating off the likes of Nike and VW in this category. We just can't wait for the awards gala next month!

Remember we told you about the upcoming Webby Awards in March? Well we have great news – ShoZu has been nominated for two awards!! We’ve been nominated in two categories: the ‘NetArt’ category for websites and the’ Experimental and Innovation’ category for mobile following Britglyph. The decision over who wins is down to you as it’s all public voting now...*hint hint*! We know it’s a bit in advance but we just can’t hold in our excitement any longer. The judging for the Webby Awards has begun with nominees announced on 14th April, when the public voting begins - and we're hoping to be shortlisted. The Webbys are the global awards for interactive work with past winners including iTunes, Google and Amazon.com. We’ll be sat waiting with baited breath to see who are up for the awards this year and crossing our fingers, toes, phones and anything else that comes to hand to support ShoZu and our involvement with Britglyph, the awesome public art project that has created the largest image...ever. We're hoping to be shortlisted in both the Experimental and Innovation categories as well as NetArt! We’re hoping ShoZu fans vote for us if we are through to the next round *hint hint*....
