Halloween – The Jambo perspective
Trust me to decide to move to America just before Halloween. Back in Australia it’s not so much of a big deal, unless you’re five years old and feel like throwing a sheet over your head and wearing a Skeletor mask. Now I don’t know what the rest of the US is like or the rest of the world for that matter, but ‘crikey’ San Francisco is absolutely manic! And the best part is that you all wear whatever you damn well feel like wearing! Not just generic scary things.
At our party we had scores of fully grown men and women trample our carpet into an odd messy brown color while dressed as Muppets, My Little Ponies, Rambo, Toothpaste, Miss South Carolina, Towlie from South Park… heck I even had to dodge some guy dressed as a shower walking down my street. This is what it’s all about and I thank you San Francisco for blessing me with my very first true Halloween! I added a few ShoZu pics from our party to Slideshow:
